Hello, crafty friends and happy Monday!! I hope you had a great weekend and a Happy Mother’s Day!!

I have a card to share with you today featuring the May Embossing Folder of the Month, “Faux Stitch”, from Spellbinders!!

I began by running the embossing folder through my Platinum 6 with a panel of white cardstock. I used the back side in which the design is debossed into the cardstock. It was trimmed slightly smaller than A2 and adhered to a panel of yellow cardstock, then to a white top-folding card base.

I die-cut the sentiment once from pink cardstock and three times from heavyweight white cardstock using dies included in the May 2022 Die of the Month Kit. I stacked and adhered them together, then added them to the center of the front of the card. The flower was die-cut from white cardstock with dies from the same set. It was stitched and adhered to the front of the card.

I added some iridescent yellow baubles to the centers of the faux stitching on the background and I was finished!!
