Hello, friends and happy Monday!! I hope you had a great weekend!! Honestly, all of my days run together lately…whether it’s a weekend or a weekday!!

I have a card to share with you today using the Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil Kit of the Month for April!! Foiling adds such a nice touch to handmade cards and the Glimmer Hot Foil System makes it so easy!!

The April kit includes several sentiments, rectangular dies to cut them out and a roll of foil!!

I had this beautiful hydrangea from the Bloom Burst stamp set (which is on sale now, btw) by Fun Stampers Journey that I had colored with Zig Clean Color markers during one of the Daily Marker Challenges that was just waiting to be turned into a card!! I trimmed one side of the panel and fussy cut around the flower.

I hot foiled the sentiments from the Glimmer Kit of the Month with the Speckled Prism Foil (which is included in the kit) onto lavender cardstock and cut it out with one of the included dies. I cut a mat from darker cardstock with the other die from the kit, then adhered it with foam adhesive.

I wanted to add a little more foil to my card, so I added double sided tape to a panel of white cardstock and adhered the Speckled Prism Foil to it. I trimmed a strip of it and added it behind my floral panel with strip of purple cardstock.

I just love how this touch of foil adds so much class and elegance to my card!!
