Spellbinders Be Merry Collection – Stamp Set

Hello, friends and happy Wednesday!!

I know it’s not Christmas in July anymore, but this card was created at the very end of July, so that counts, right? Christmas in August, September, October…I’m in!! Honestly, I’ll take any chance I get to get a head start on my Christmas cards, especially when they involve adorable snowmen!! These feature the Friendly Snowmen Stamp Set from the Spellbinders Be Merry Collection!!

I began by stamping the cute snowmen from the Friendly Snowmen Stamp Set onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored them with Copics, then fussy cut them out.

I used the snowflake stamps in the set to white heat emboss snowflakes onto blue cardstock panels. The “snow” was hand cut from white glitter cardstock and adhered at the bottom of the blue panels. Those panels were adhered to white cardstock panels, leaving a thin border. They were then popped up onto a red polka-dot panels that were added to white top-folding card bases.

The sentiments, also from the Friendly Snowmen Stamp Set, were white heat embossed onto black cardstock strips.

The snowmen and sentiment strips were popped up onto the front of the cards with foam adhesive, for even more dimension.

That’s it!! I just love this color combo for Christmas cards!! However, these can be used all through the winter, not just for Christmas!!

Thanks for stopping by today!! Have a wonderful day!!
