Happy Friday, crafty friends!!
I have two cards to share with you today featuring the Christmas Flourish Collection by Becca Feeken from Spellbinders!! My first card was created with the Let It Snowman Cardfront Etched Dies!!
I’m a sucker for snowmen so I couldn’t wait to work with this set!! How cute is this?!?
I die-cut all of the components from white, red, light blue, orange, black and brushed silver cardstock. I trimmed the snowbank by hand after partially die-cutting the inner circle from white cardstock.
The circle frame, snowbank & snowflakes were adhered to an A2 panel of dark blue cardstock. The snowman and banner were popped up with foam adhesive. I added some silver baubles to the centers of the snowflakes to finish it off.
My second card is a slimline featuring the Flourished Ornament Slimline Etched Die Set!!
I die-cut all of the elements for the ornaments from light blue, red and brushed silver cardstock. The frame is included in the set & it was cut from white cardstock.
The background was die-cut from white cardstock using an embossing folder from the Embossing Folder of the Month. I trimmed the panel to slimline size and used the debossed side of the panel. The ornaments and frame were adhered to the embossed panel.
The sentiment, holly and berries are from the Joy Flourish Doily Etched Die Set. They were cut from red & green cardstock and adhered to the front of the card, popping up the sentiment strip with foam tape. I added some light blue & red gems to the ornaments and tied some tiny bows with silver thread to adhere to the ornament toppers.
That’s it for me today!! Thanks for hanging out with me!!
Have a wonderful weekend!!
