Hello, friends and happy Friday!! I hope you have some fun plans for the weekend!!!!

I have a card to share with you today featuring the May 2022 Large Die of the Month Kit, “Stitched For You” from Spellbinders. This month’s kit comes with the large “you” die with stitching holes and the outline die, plus many extra dies to customize your sentiment…”thank”, “happy”, “birthday”, “hello”, “to”, “from” and “me”. I’ve also used the May 2022 Embossing Folder of the Month and a couple of dies from the May Small Die of the Month.

I began by die-cutting the top layers of all of the letters from white cardstock using the May 2022 Large Die of the Month Kit. I die-cut the letters for “hello’ and “to” three times and stacked them together for dimension. The bottom layers of the words were die-cut from pink cardstock. After stitching on the “you” die-cut with pink embroidery thread, I adhered all of the letters to the bottom layers of the sentiment.

The flower and leaves were die-cut from white cardstock using the May Small Die of the Month. I stitched those with two different colors of pink and one color of green embroidery floss, then adhered them together with liquid adhesive.

For the background, I embossed a panel of white cardstock with the May 2022 Embossing Folder of the Month and trimmed it slightly smaller than A2. I adhered it to a darker pink cardstock panel, then to a white, top-folding card base. The sentiment and flower were adhered to the front of the card with liquid glue, as shown.
