Hello everyone!! I’m popping in this afternoon with a few cards I created with the Sparkling Holidays Kit, the October Card Kit of the Month from Spellbinders!!
I love the color scheme in this kit! I stuck with different tones of blue, but there are also touches of pink and purple in the elements.
For this card, I trimmed a snow bank from white cardstock and adhered it over patterned paper.
I popped up the pre-printed glittered die-cuts with foam adhesive.
A few of the adhesive gemstones were adhered to the background for some sparkle.
My second card also started with the patterned paper.
I trimmed it so a border of cardstock peeked out from the top and bottom and added a thin strip of mirrored silver cardstock.
I combined stickers and die-cuts and adhered them as shown. A few gemstones also add a little sparkle.
My third card combines some pre-printed die-cuts with some elements created with the dies included in the kit.
I die-cut the greeting, poinsettias and branches from silver mirrored cardstock. I LOVE the font for the greeting (Holiday Cheer is also included).
The sentiment strip was silver heat embossed onto white cardstock using the stamp set included in the kit. I also added a few of the gemstones for even more shine!!

I love the entire colour scheme of all these cards. Girl, you are doing an amazing job for your bosses because my money will be spent on these.
