Good morning!! I am super excited to be sharing a card I made using a die from the Sharyn Sowell Happy Collection from Spellbinders! I just adore the silhouette dies from Sharyn! They are super sweet and the We Bring Happy Wishes Die is no exception!

I began by choosing a sheet of patterned paper from the Spring Fling 6×6 Paper Pad from Honey Bee Stamps. The polka dot design reminded me of confetti, which was perfect to pair up with the birthday die and also gave me my color scheme to work with. The We Bring Happy Wishes Die was cut from gold glitter paper once and aqua cardstock four times, then stacked and glued together for dimension. The stacked die-cuts were adhered to white cardstock, then matted with gold glitter paper and aqua cardstock before being adhered with foam adhesive over the tails of a bow made from seam binding. The simple greeting from the Simon Says Stamp Tiny Words stamp set was gold heat embossed onto an aqua cardstock strip and popped up with dimensional adhesive.

That’s it!! Easy peasy!! I just love how you can see extra layers of aqua cardstock peeking out from under the gold die-cuts, especially from the side!!
