Hello, friends!! I’m sure that you’ve seen plenty of adorable cards with the Tinsel Time Collection from Spellbinders!! I’m a sucker for snowmen, so the adorable Dancin’ Snowman Etched Dies stole my heart!! There is also a Dancin’ Deer and Dancin’ St. Nick in the collection that are just as cute!! The swinging legs are just icing on the cake!!
I began by die-cutting all of the elements from bright pink, green, yellow, black and white cardstock using the Dancin’ Snowman Etched Dies. I added black, pink and orange cardstock behind the snowman’s face and buttons on the body. I also die-cut the circles for the buttons from pink cardstock and added them to create polka-dots on the scarf.
For the background, I added some sparkle paste onto light blue cardstock through a snowfall stencil. Once it was dry, I trimmed it slightly and adhered it to a white top-folding card base. The snowman was adhered with liquid and foam adhesive, making sure to pop-up the body and add foam tape to the hole in the legs die-cut to allow the legs to swing.
The sentiment, from the Tinsel Time Sentiments Etched Die Set, was cut from bright pink and white cardstock and adhered under the snowman.
I love this little snowman!! I’m so glad to have another Christmas card to add to my stash!!
Thanks for dropping by today!! Have a great Wednesday and I’ll see you soon!!
