Hello, crafty friends!! I have a couple of fun cards to share with you today featuring stamps from Jane Davenport’s Whimsical and Wild Collection from Spellbinders.

I just love the whimsical style of these animals and couldn’t wait to color them!!

I began by stamping the images from Elephant Dream and Giraffe Wisdom onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Detail Ink and colored them with Copic markers.

For the Elephant Dream card, I just trimmed a little off of one side and added a strip of black and white striped paper. I added a trio of Confetti Sequins to draw your eye to the sentiment.

A little dot with a white gel pen adds some brightness to the elephant’s eye.

For my Giraffe Wisdom card, I fussy cut the giraffe and butterfly. I used some Distress Oxide Inks to create an outdoor scene on Bristol Smooth cardstock. Once dry, the sentiment and flowers were stamped directly onto the background with black ink and the flowers were colored with Copics.

The giraffe and butterfly were popped up with foam tape and a white gel pen adds some highlights. That’s it!!
