Happy 1st day of May!! This week we’re putting a new spin on old products over on the Crafty Meraki blog!! Combining old and new products is one of my favorite ways to create cards!!
I started by stamping the peonies and leaves from the Peony Parade Stamp set onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored them with Copic markers and used the Coordinating Die to cut them out.
For the background, I die-cut a scalloped frame, adhered a panel of vellum behind it, then adhered it to an A2 panel of pattern paper from the Celebrate Good Times Paper Pack. The peonies and leaves were arranged and adhered with liquid glue.
The sentiment is from the Gilded Greetings EAP. I just left it black (you can also foil these) and cut it out with the Coordinating Die. It was popped up with foam tape. Petunia Dew Drops were the perfecting finishing touch.
That does it for me today!! Thanks so much for stopping by!! Have a great week!!
