Hello, crafty friends!! I’m here with the details for the card that I shared on the collaboration Instagram hop with Alex Syberia Designs and WOW! Embossing Powder!! You still have a few days to hop along for a chance to win a couple of great prizes!!

I began by stamping the flowers and leaves from the Cindy Lou’s Poppies Stamp Set onto white cardstock with WOW! Embossing Ink. I sprinkled Strawberry Sparkle and Minty Twinkle embossing powder from the Twinkly Fizz Collection and heated it with my heat gun until it was melted. I used the Cindy Lou’s Poppies Coordinating Dies to cut them out.

For the background, I die-cut the Tiny Flowers Cover Die from lilac cardstock and layered it over an A2 panel of lilac cardstock, for a tone-on-tone look. It was then adhered to a top-folding white card base. The flowers and leaves were arranged and adhered to the background with liquid glue.

The top layer of the Large Thanks Die was cut from white cardstock, coated with embossing ink and embossed with Grape Fizz Embossing Powder, also from the Twinkly Fizz Collection. I repeated the process three times to build up the thickness of the embossing powder. The bottom layer was cut from vellum, then they were layered and adhered over the flowers. I added a few pink pearls to finish it off.
