Saturday is National Pink Day…who knew there was a day designated to all things pink?? I figured it was a great time to honor all the women in our lives who make up our “tribes”.

I love this set!! I began by stamping the largest image and a small heart from the My Tribe set with Momento Tuxedo Black Ink onto white cardstock and colored it with three shades of pink Copic markers. The images were then cut with the My Tribe Honey Cut Dies. I also used the same dies and cut them from black cardstock, adhering them behind the stamped pieces to create a shadow. The piece of pink cardstock was trimmed to allow the black cardstock background panel to show at the top and bottom. The sentiment was also stamped with Momento Tuxedo Black Ink onto the pink cardstock, before adding a drop shadow with one of the pink Copic markers. A few pink rhinestones from the Cupcake Rhinestone Mix were placed along the large border die, while Bubble Gum Confetti was sprinkled around the sentiment. This card measures 8″ x 4″ and fits into a No. 10 envelope.
