Hello, fellow cardmakers!! I hope you are all doing well!! I have a card to share today featuring the Magnificent Blooms Stamp Set from Crafty Meraki! I just can’t get enough of this stunning bouquet!!

I began by stamping the blooms from the Magnificent Blooms Stamp Set onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored the entire panel (even the background) with Copic markers and added some stamen back in with a white gel pen. The good thing about using deep color in the crevices and coloring the background dark is that the image appears to be colored with the no-line coloring technique, when in fact you have the lines to go by.

I decided to let the bouquet shine and simply trimmed the panel slightly and adhered it to a white top-folding note card. The sentiment is also from the Magnificent Blooms Stamp Set. It was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black Ink, then trimmed down leaving a white border. I popped it up with foam tape to add a little dimension to this mostly one-layer card.

I absolutely adore the drama that the black background creates!! I hope you’ll give it a try!!
Thanks so much for stopping by today! enjoy the rest of your week and I’ll see you soon!!
