Hello, my crafty friends!! I hope you are all doing well!!
I love coloring die-cuts!! Who am I kidding?!? I just love COLORING!! I have a “thinking of you” card to share with you today featuring the Canopy Leaf Meraki Para-Dies from Crafty Meraki!!
I began by die-cutting the Canopy Leaf Meraki Para-Dies several times from white cardstock. I colored them with Copic markers, then set them aside to work on the background.
For the background, I brushed water to a panel of watercolor paper and and added diluted Mermaid Lagoon and Mowed Lawn Distress Inks to the top, letting it drip down the panel. Once it was dry, I die-cut it with an A2 rectangle die.
The branches and leaves were arranged and adhered to the watercolored panel with liquid glue, as shown. I stamped the sentiment, from the Paper Hugs Stamp Set, with Versafine Onyx Black Ink. Lastly, I added lots of Celeste Green Meraki Sparkle Gems for tons of sparkle and shine!!
I really love how this turned out and hope you do, as well!! I hope you’ll try Copic coloring on die-cuts!!
Thanks for stopping by!! Have a wonderful Thursday and I’ll see you soon!!
