Hello again, friends!! I have a card to share featuring the Snowflake Star Die Set and the Modern Holiday Greetings Stamp & Cut from the new Very Merry Collection from Hero Arts that just dropped today!!

I started by die-cutting the top layer of the Snowflake Star Die Set from glitter cardstock in the Antique White Assorted Treasured Cardstock Pack. The shadow layer was cut from vellum. I also die-cut three more layers of the top die from heavyweight white cardstock and adhered it to the back of the vellum, lining them up with the front layer. It was adhered to the background with liquid glue.

For the background, I embossed a panel of white cardstock with the Flurry of Snowflake 3D Embossing Folder. I trimmed it slightly and adhered it to an A2 panel of Cascade cardstock. Strips of cardstock were cut from Windy, Cascade, Celestial and Antique White Glitter cardstock and adhered vertically down the center of the background.

The sentiment is from the Modern Holiday Greetings Stamp & Cut Set. It was white heat embossed onto Celestial cardstock and cut out with the included die. I also die-cut three more layers of heavyweight white cardstock and adhered them behind the stamped one before adhering it to the background. Opal gems from the Crystal Mix Color Essentials Gems Pack were added to the snowflake for a little more sparkle. “Tis the season to sparkle, after all!!
