Hey there, crafters!! I’m participating in a hop over on Instagram celebrating the 5 year anniversary of Trinity Stamps and the June 2023 Release!! I’ll pop my handle at the end of this post, so you can join the festivities there!!

I created a flat shaker card featuring the Mermazing Stamp Set & Coordinating Dies, Underwater Scene Stamp Set & Coordinating Dies, along with some new shaker pouches and confetti!!

I started by stamping the images and sentiment from the Mermazing and Underwater Scene stamp sets with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored them with Copic markers, added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Mermazing and Underwater Scene die sets to cut them out. I also used the largest die in the A2 Clean Cut Layers Set A Die Set to cut down the underwater scene background.

I blended Blueprint Sketch, Mermaid Lagoon and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Inks onto a panel of white cardstock. I splattered it with water and picked up the excess with a paper towel. I stamped the bubbles from the Underwater Scene Stamp Set onto the panel with Shark Tooth Ink. The die-cuts were adhered to the background panel with liquid glue.

Next, I adhered a Full A2 Card Pouch Acetate Shaker Pouch to the back of the panel on three sides with Rip & Stick Tape. I added Pearly Gates, Poolside and Glacier confetti to the pouch, then sealed the top with Rip & Stick Tape and adhered it to an A2 card base. The sentiment was adhered to the outside of the shaker pouch with Rip & Stick Tape and this card was finished.

These flat shakers are so much easier and quicker than the traditional shaker card!!
