Happy Friday, friends!! I hope you are having a good week!! I have a card to share for Trinity Stamps today!
I love it when an idea just pops into my head!! It doesn’t happen often, but it sure is nice when it does…ha! That’s what happened here! I wanted to make a sweet heart…get it? A candy filled heart!!
I began by die-cutting my heart shape from white cardstock so I knew how much space I had to work with. Then I stamped the candy images from the Candy Jar stamp set onto the heart with Momento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copic markers. A white gel pen was used to add some highlights to the candies. I did add some dots with my gray Copics to fill in some of the space between the candies. The greeting, from the Sweet Senti-mini stamp set, was white heat embossed onto black cardstock. “Sweet” was fussy cut and the rest was cut into strips using the Cut-Align tool. The heart was adhered to the pink scalloped heart and popped up with foam adhesive. The greeting was adhered to the heart with foam tape, for added dimension. A few Double Bubble Jelly Drop Hearts add some color to the white background, while reinforcing the heart theme!!
Thanks so much for spending a bit of time with me today!! Wishing you a wonderful weekend!!
