Hello, friends and happy weekend!! It’s release day for Picket Fence Studios and the “Paws and Prints” December release is paws-tively adorable!! My card features the newest addition to the Freckle Friends collection, Kindred Kendyll!! I started by stamping the large image from the Kindred Kendyll Stamp Set onto white cardstock using PFS Black Hybrid Ink. I colored it with Copic markers, added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Coordinating Die to cut it out.

For the background, I spread Sea Glass Blue Paper Glaze Glass through the paw stencil in the Meow Stencil Set onto white cardstock with a palette knife. Once the panel was dry, it was die-cut with the third largest deckle edge die in the Beyond Basics: A2 Vintage Rectangle & Cover Plate Die Set. The A2 die in the Beyond Basics: A2 Stamp Cover Plate with Postmark Die Set was die-cut from red cardstock and the deckle edge panel was adhered with liquid glue.

The sentiment, also from the Freckle Friends: Kindred Kendyll Stamp Set, was stamped onto white cardstock with red ink and cut out with the Coordinating Die. Both the sentiment and Kendyll die-cuts were popped up with foam tape. I darkened the eyes and added a bit of shine to the eyes and noses with a black gel pen to finish it off.
