Hello, friends and happy Tuesday!! I hope your week is off to a GREAT start!! I can’t believe Christmas is just a few short days away!!
I have a card to share with you today featuring some of the products from the newest Honey Bee Stamps Release, Sealed With Love!!
I began by stamping the Hello Sweetheart Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Intense Black Ink. I chose to color the image with Copics, but if coloring isn’t your thing, there’s a quick and easy way to add color with the Coordinating Stencils. I die-cut the image with the Coordinating Honey Cuts and also die-cut three more heart shapes from black cardstock. I adhered each one slightly offset in a different direction…this gave me a wider border around my heart.
Next, I die-cut the black and white heart patterned paper from the Hugs and Kisses Paper Pad with the second largest die in the Sweet Stacks: Rectangles Honey Cut Set. I also cut a panel from black cardstock with the largest die in the same set, then adhered both rectangles to a white, top-folding card base. The die-cut heart was then adhered with Bee Creative Glue.
The sentiment was created with the You Buzzword Stamp Set and Coordinating Honey Cuts. The bottom layer of “you” was die-cut from heavyweight white cardstock three times and the top layer from black cardstock three times and glossy black cardstock once. They were layered and adhered together for lots of dimension. “Are the best” was stamped onto a white cardstock strip with Versafine Onyx Black Ink, then clear heat embossed. It was popped up with foam tape. To finish, I added a few pink gems from the Hugs and Kisses Gem Sticker Pack. I LOVE that these come in three different sizes!!
You an also see a couple of envelopes from the Hugs and Kisses Pack peeking out from behind my card!!
I LOVE the way that coloring the background of the heart and adding all of the touches of black really make this design pop!!
Thanks for dropping by today!! Have a great week and I’ll see you soon!!
GIRL…….seriously! Absolutely gorgeous! Black cardstock makes me weak in the knees! Stunning, stunning, stunning! Well done, Brenda. ๐๐๐
