Hello Honey Bee friends!!! Thanks for joining me this morning!!! I hope your week is off to a great start!!!

I have a colorful card to share with you today that is a perfect friendship card!! I just love this sentiment!!!

I began by ink blending Distress Oxide Inks through the top layer of the Hexagon Layering Background Stencil onto bristol paper. I used Candied Apple, Spiced Marmalade, Squeezed Lemonade, Twisted Citron, Salty Ocean & Wilted Violet Distress Oxides. Seriously, what did we ever do before these inks? Next, I used an A2 Double Stitched Frames Honey Cut die to cut the center from the ink blended panel. This awesome sentiment is from the Small Gang stamp set. It was stamped with black ink onto the die-cut rectangle and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder. The “friends” & “gang” dies from the Small Gang Honey Cuts were cut from white & black cardstock and black fun foam, then stacked and adhered together. Both ink blended panels were matted with black cardstock, popping up the center panel with fun foam. A few Be Mine Candy Hearts were added…I think they add the perfect amount of detail, while still letting the sentiment shine. This card came together pretty quickly, but still packs a big punch!!!
