Happy Friday, fellow crafters!! I hope you have some fun, crafty plans for the weekend!! I hope to sneak in a little crafting, as well as reorganizing my studio!! It sure doesn’t take long for it to get out-of-hand!!
I have a cute scene card to share with you today featuring the Big Bear Stamp Set, along with a couple of new products from the Pink & Main October release!!
I stamped the darling images from the Big Bear Stamps and the bee from the Campy Raccoons Stamp Set on Ice Rink cardstock wiith Asphalt ink. I colored them with Copics, added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Big Bear and Campy Raccoons Coordinating Dies to cut them out.
Next, I die-cut the third largest die in the Thick Flag Banners Die Set from Ice Rink cardstock. I blended the top of the banner with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide and the bottom with Twisted Citron. The sentiment, also from the Big Bear Stamp Set, was stamped with Asphalt ink. The Mountain Range Dies were die-cut from Ice Rink, gray and yellow cardstock, then adhered to the banner with liquid glue and the excess was trimmed from the edges. The plaid pattern paper (you know I’m a sucker for plaid!), from the Great Outdoors Patterned Paper Pack, was die-cut using the largest die in the Stitched Rectangle 1 Die Set and adhered to a panel of muted teal cardstock that was die-cut with the largest die the Layered Rectangles A2 Die Set.
The banner was adhered to the center of the background and the critters were adhered with liquid glue. I used a black glaze pen on the critter’s eyes and Touch of Gloss to add some shine to the honey and this card was complete.
I just adore these little critters!! And combined with the plaid pattern paper, they make my heart happy!!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!! Have a wonderful weekend!!
