Hello, fellow crafters and happy first day of Autumn!! I have a fall card featuring the Forever Thankful Stamp Set from Honey Bee Stamps to celebrate the first day of the new season!! One of the most beautiful times of the year!!

I began by stamping the leaves from the Forever Thankful Stamp Set onto watercolor paper. I LOVE the details on these leaves!! I added Fossilized Amber, Crackling Campfire, Seedless Preserves and Villainous Potion Distress Inks to the stamps with sponge daubers, spritzed them lightly with water, then stamped them onto the watercolor paper. Once dry, the Coordinating Dies were used to cut them out.

For the background, I embossed the Framed In Fall 3D Embossing Folder onto a panel of watercolor paper. I trimmed it down, adhered the leaves with Bee Creative Glue, then splattered it with diluted watercolor paint. Gold embroidery thread was wrapped around the left side of the panel and adhered to the back of the panel with tape. I tied a bow with the gold thread, then adhered it with a tiny bit of Bee Creative Glue. The panel was then adhered it to an A2 panel of pattern paper from the Acorn & Ember Paper Pack using Bee Creative Glue.

The sentiment, from the Keepsake Sentiments: Fall Stamp Set, was stamped onto watercolor paper with Bee Creative Embossing Ink and embossed with polished gold embossing powder. It was cut out with the Coordinaitng Dies, then popped up with foam squares. Matte gold pearls from the Metallic Mix Pearl Sticker Pack were the perfect finishing touch.

The cooler weather moved into the midwest yesterday just in time to welcome in the autumn season!! I hope fall has come to your area!! I can’t wait until the leaves start to turn!!
