Hello!! I was super excited and honored to be invited to share a project for the new Essentials by Ellen Winter 2021 Release from Ellen Hutson!!

I was kindly sent the Fa La La and Tag It – Christmas stamp sets and the Farmhouse Tags Dies to create with!!

I began by gold heat embossing the Fa La La Stamp Set onto a panel of red cardstock. I die-cut the panel with a rectangle die, then inked Walnut Stain and Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Inks, in addition to Cranberry Ink onto the panel with blending brushes. (Be sure to wipe away the excess ink from the embossing with a dry cloth.)

I die-cut the tags and hole enforcers from red and kraft cardstock using dies from the Farmhouse Tags Die Set. The sentiments, from the Tag It – Christmas Stamp Set, were gold heat embossed and stamped with Cranberry Ink onto the tags. I wrapped twine around the panel and secured it to the back with tape, then tied a double bow through the holes in the tags and attached them. I popped the entire panel up with foam adhesive onto an A2 size panel of kraft cardstock and added it to a white top-folding card base.
