Hello, friends!! I’m sharing a Father’s Day card featuring the new Refined Details Layering Stencils & Coordinating Dies and the Lovely Layers: Gallery Wall Baroque Frame Die Set from Honey Bee Stamps!!

I started by stenciling the Refined Details Layering Stencils onto white cardstock using tan, brown, burgundy and light gray dye inks and Intense Black Ink using blending brushes. The second largest die in the Sweet Stacks: Rectangles Die Set (retiring) was used the die-cut the panel. It was splattered with diluted gold metallic watercolor paint and a paint brush.
Once dry, it was adhered to a panel of burgundy cardstock that was die-cut with the largest die in the Sweet Stacks: Rectangles Die Set using Bee Creative Glue. The pipe and mustache were cut from the remaining stenciled background using the Refined Details Coordinating Dies.

The round frame in the Lovely Layers: Gallery Wall Baroque Frame Die Set was cut from brushed gold and burgundy cardstock. The frame was adhered to the background and the burgundy circle was inset and adhered with Bee Creative Glue.

The sentiment, from the One of the Guys Stamp Set (retiring), was stamped onto white cardstock with burgundy dye ink. It was cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with thin foam squares, along with the pipe and the mustache.

A simple card that’s perfect for that “refined gentleman”!!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!! Have a great week (and start of a new month)!!
