Happy Holiday Ornament – Honey Bee Stamps

Happy Tuesday, crafty friends!! I’m still adding to my stash of holiday cards!! I guess I should get busy sending them out…lol!! Can you believe tomorrow is the last day of November?!? My card today features the gorgeous Elegant Floral Frames Stamp Set & Coordinating Honey Cuts from Honey Bee Stamps!!

I began by stamping the ornament, topper and bow from the Elegant Floral Frames Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Intense Black Ink. I colored them with Copic markers and cut them out with the Coordinating Dies. I also die-cut the ornament again from red cardstock, blended a bit of red ink around the outside with a blending brush, then adhered it to the back of the colored ornament with Bee Creative Glue.

For the background, I die-cut the Fancy Flakes A2 Cover Plate Die from white cardstock. I lined it up with the Pierced Fancy Flakes A2 Cover Plate and die-cut the pierced texture into it. I blended Speckled Egg and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Inks around the outside of a panel of light aqua cardstock with a blending brush, then adhered the snowflake die-cut over it with Bee Creative Glue. The ornament, topper and bow were adhered together with liquid glue, then popped up onto the background with foam tape.

The sentiment, from the Home For the Holidays Stamp Set, was stamped onto white cardstock with Intense Black Ink, then cut out with the Coordinating Honey Cut. It was adhered to the center of the ornament with foam tape. I added some Gold Glimmer Enamel Stickers to the center of the poinsettia and some white gems from the Make It Merry Sticker Pack to the centers of the snowflakes to finish it off.

Thank you so much for stopping by!! Have a wonderful day and I’ll see you soon!!
