Happy Howloween Tags – Simon Says Stamp Sending Cheer Release

Hello friends!! I’m sharing a pair of Halloween tags featuring the Happy Howloween Stamp Set from the Simon Says Stamp Sending Cheer Release, which is now available in the Simon Says Stamp Shop!!

I started by I started by stamping to cute images from the Happy Howloween Stamp Set onto white caardstock with Copic-friendly black ink. I colored them with the following Copic markers, then fussy cut them out. (There is a coordinating die and a bundle available.) I used a black marker to cover the white core of the cardstock by dragging the edge of the marker along the fussy cut edge of the images. I used a black glaze pen to add shine to the critter’s eyes and noses and added highlights with a white gel pen.

The tags were cut from purple, green and white cardstock using the Layered Scallop Tags Die Set. They were stacked and adhered together, then the trick-or-treaters were adhered with liquid glue. The sentiments were white heat embossed onto black cardstock, cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam squares. I tied a bit of orange and white baker’s twine through the tag and added some orange and green gems to finish them off.

I just love Halloween colors and these trick-or-treaters are a howling good time!! They would be adorable attached to a bag of goodies or a BOO basket!! Be sure to check out the entire Sending Cheer Release in the Simon Says Stamp shop!!

Have a great evening!!
