Happy Mail – Spring Edition – Honey Bee

Hello, friends and happy Tuesday!! I hope you’re having a great week!! There is actually a chance of snow here in Missouri today……what?!? Yesterday was 70 degrees!! So crazy!!

I have a card to share with you that I created for Honey Bee Stamps. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love to get happy mail!! An uplifting and unexpected surprise in the mailbox is always nice!!

I began by stamping the envelope and flowers from the Pretty Postage Stamp Set onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. After coloring it with Copics, I cut it out with the Coordinating Honey Cuts. I added some detail to the centers of the flowers with a white gel pen.

Next, I white heat embossed the envelope background from the Hugs Enclosed Stamp Set onto gray cardstock. I trimmed it down to 4″ x 5.25″ and adhered it slightly askew to a panel of coral cardstock. “Happy mail” and “hugs enclosed”, also from the Hugs Enclosed Set, was white heat embossed onto coral cardstock and cut out with the Coordinating Dies. All of the die-cuts were adhered with a combination of foam tape and Bee Creative Glue.

That’s it!! A pretty simple card to send for any occasion!! I really love how the color combo turned out!! It’s just perfect for spring!!

Thanks so much for hanging out with me today!! Have a great week and I’ll see you soon!!
