Hello, friends!! I’m back with another card as a guest designer for Scrap Diva Designs featuring the adorable Fringed Tulip Die Set!! I love the movement the fringe gives these tulips!! So fun!!

I die-cut the solid layer of each of the tulips from pink, blue and peach cardstock. The fringe layers were cut from pink, blue and peach gingham pattern paper. I trimmed the top two layers with my trimmer to create a layered effect, then adhered the fringe layers to the cardstock, adding adhesive only to the top of the die-cuts. I wrapped black and white baker’s twine around the top of each tulip and tied it into a bow.

For the background, I embossed an A2 panel of white cardstock with a polka dot embossing folder. I trimmed it slightly and adhered it to an A2 panel of pink gingham pattern paper. The tulips were arranged and adhered to the background with liquid glue.

I stamped the sentiment onto white cardstock with black pigment ink, cut it out with the Coordinating Die, then popped it up with foam squares. A few iridescent pearls in the same color scheme finish off the card.

I love the playfulness of the fringe on these tulips!! Just something a little unexpected!!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!! I appreciate your time!!
