Hello, friends!! It’s release day for the Pretty Pink Posh June Release!! My card today features the beautiful Hibiscus Flowers Die Set, Tropical Leaves Dies, Layered Hibiscus Stencils, Large Summer Shadow Die Set, Happy Summer Stamp Set, Notched Rectangles Dies and the Rounded Stitched Rectangles Die Set!!

I started by die-cutting the flowers and leaves in the Hibiscus Flowers Die Set from peach, pink, yellow and green cardstock. The monstera leaves from the Tropical Leaves Die Set were cut from a darker green cardstock and one of the other leaves was cut from vellum. I added color and shading to the die-cuts with dye ink and blending brushes, then set them aside to work on the background.

The Layered Hibiscus Stencils were blended onto a panel of white cardstock using some of the same dye inks that I used on the die-cuts. It was die-cut with the largest die in the Rounded Stitched Rectangle Die Set and adhered to a panel of peach cardstock. I added a panel of vellum that was die-cut with the largest Notched Rectangle Die, then arranged and adhered the hibiscus and leaves with liquid glue.

I blended a bit of darker peach ink onto a piece of peach cardstock, then die-cut the top layer of the Large Summer Shadow Die Set from it. The shadow layer was cut from white cardstock. I also die-cut three more of the top layer and two of the shadow layer from heavyweight white cardstock and stacked them together for dimension. “Happy” is from the Happy Summer Stamp Set. It was stamped onto white cardstock with peach ink, trimmed into a narrow strip, then popped up with foam tape. I added lots of Star Dust Stickles to the flowers to finish off the card.
