I started by stamping the bird, margarita and leaves from the Paradise Birds Stamp Set (ASD) and the balloons from the Popping By Stamp Set (HD) onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink. I colored the images with Copics, used the Paradise Birds Coordinating Dies (ASD) to cut out the images, except the balloons were fussy cut.

For the background, I die-cut the Tiny Crosses Cover Die (ASD) from white cardstock and adhered it to a white card base. The leaves were adhered with liquid glue and the bird, margarita and balloons were popped up with foam adhesive.

For the sentiment, I die-cut the Celebrate Die (ASD) from black and white cardstock, layered and adhered them together with liquid glue, then added them under the bird. I stamped “happy bird-day!” from the Wingman Stamp Set (HD) onto a white cardstock strip with black ink. I matted it with a strip of black cardstock and adhered it under the die-cut word.
