Happy Friday, friends!! I have a pair of holiday tags to share today that I created with a couple of new products from the Simon Says Stamp Joy For You Release!!

I began by die-cutting the two largest dies and the tab in the Layered Scallop Tags Die Set from light blue and heavyweight white cardstock. I stamped “to and from” from the Joy For You Stamp Set onto the blue layers with embossing ink, then embossed it with silver sparkle embossing powder. The blue layers were embossed with a 3D snowflake embossing folder and I applied white pigment ink by lightly dragging the ink pad over the raised embossed areas. Once dry, the layers were adhered together with liquid glue.

The Frozen Fractal Joy Die was die-cut from white glitter cardstock and adhered to the tags, trimming the excess from the edges. “Joy” from the Joy For You Stamp Set was stamped onto light blue cardstock with embossing ink and embossed with silver sparkle embossing powder. It was cut out with a small die from the Stitched Circles Die Set and popped up with a foam square.

I threaded silver embroidery thread through the hole in the tabs and tied a bow around it to finish off the tags.
That does it for me today!! Be sure to check out the entire Joy For You Release in the Simon Says Stamp Shop!!
