Honey Bee Autumn Splendor IG Hop

Hello again, friends and happy Friday!! The Honey Bee team is celebrating the Autumn Splendor Release with a hop over on Instagram and I thought I would share the details for my card here, in case anyone was interested!! I’ll include a link to my IG at the end of this post, so you can join in on the fun there!! Let’s get to my project!

I started by stamping the flowers, leaves, pumpkins and watering can from the Garden Harvest Florals Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Intense Black Ink. After coloring them with Copics, I used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out.

For the background, I die-cut a piece of blue gingham paper from the Gingham Galore: Fall Paper Pad and a piece of blue cardstock with the two largest dies in the Sweet Stacks: Rectangle Die Set. Those were adhered together, then added to a white top-folding card base. I used the two largest dies in the Stacking Art Deco Labels Honey Cuts to die-cut a white and blue label to add some interest behind my bouquet. I arranged the flowers coming out of the watering can and adhered them together with Precision Glue, then to the label die-cuts. I popped this up onto the background with foam adhesive.

For the sentiment, I die-cut yellow and white cardstock with the Bitty Buzzwords: Seasons Honey Cuts. I also die-cut the bottom layer three more times from white cardstock, stacked and adhered them together with Precision Glue. “Happy”, from the Bitty Buzzwords: Seasons Stamp Set, was stamped onto a white cardstock strip with yellow ink. It was popped up with foam tape. I added dot with a yellow gel pen to the centers of some of the flowers and I was finished.

Yes, there are matching Gingham Galore: Fall Envelopes to match the paper pad!! You can see the yellow one behind my card.

OK…here are the deets for the IG hop!! You can get started on my feed @mypapercutcreations!! Hop along and comment along the way for your chance to win one of two $25 GC to the Honey Bee Shop!!

Happy hopping and happy weekend!! Thanks for stopping by!!
