Honey Bee Stamps – Day 1 Sneak Peek

Hello, friends!! It’s a super busy week for me!! I hope you don’t get tired of seeing me…lol!!

I have a sneak peek of a couple of the new stamps sets releasing next week for the Hello Summer Release from Honey Bee!! This release is So. Much. Fun!!! I seriously can’t get enough of it!! Perfect for the summer season!! (Links to the goodies from the new release will not be active until they go on sale at midnight on July 5th.)

I began by stamping a couple of cocktails and accessories from the Raise A Glass stamp set onto white cardstock with Momento Tuxedo Black Ink, coloring them with Copics and cutting them out with the Coordinating Dies. I added some chunky glitter to the rims of the glasses. The sentiment, from Sip Sip Hooray, was silver heat embossed onto white cardstock and cut out with a die from the Coordinating Honey Cuts.

A Stitched Scallop Circle Die was used to cut a circle from white cardstock and a Circle Thin Frames Honey Cut was cut from frosted silver cardstock. The circles were adhered together and popped up with foam tape onto piece of patterned paper from the Beach Vibes Paper Pad, which was trimmed slightly smaller than an A2 size and adhered to a top-folding cardbase. I trimmed the overhang of the scalloped circle from the right side of the card.

The cocktail die-cuts and greeting were popped up onto the scalloped circle with more foam adhesive for lots of dimension. A sprinkling of Bokeh Lights Confetti finished off the card nicely!!

Thanks for stopping by today!! I’ll be back tomorrow with another sneak for day 2!!! Be sure to visit the Honey Bee Blog to see all of the other creations from the rest of the design team!!!

Have a great day!!!
