Hello, crafty friends!! There’s a fun and inspiring hop going on over on Instagram to celebrate the Vintage Holidays Release from Honey Bee Stamps!! I thought I would post the details here, in case anyone was interested in seeing them!!

It’s no secret that I absolutely LOVE all of the beautiful florals in Lovely Layers Honey Cuts Series and the newest Lovely Layers: Anemones is no exception!!

I began by die-cutting the flowers and leaves in the Lovely Layers: Anemones Honey Cuts from white, light green and black glitter cardstock. I added some shading and details with Copic markers and them adhered them all together with Bee Creative Glue.

For the background, I die-cut the Fancy Flakes Cover Plate and Pierced Fancy Flakes Cover Plate from white cardstock and layered it over a panel of Blue Cashmere Pearlescent Cardstock. I adhered the flowers and leaves toward the top of the card with Bee Creative Glue.

For the sentiment, I die cut “Christmas” from pale green cardstock three times and black glitter cardstock once with dies from the Bitty Buzzwords Holidays Honey Cuts, then layered and adhered them together for dimension. “Merry” is from the Bitty Buzzwords Holidays Stamp Set. It was stamped onto a pale green cardstock strip with Intense Black Ink.

I am IN LOVE with this card!! The delicate snowflake background combined with the dimension of the flowers makes my heart go pitter-patter!!
