Hello, crafty friends!! I’m sharing a floral card featuring one of the images from the stunning Perfect Peonies Stamp Set from Honey Bee Stamps!! I absolutely LOVE this stamp set!! I began by stamping the beautiful floral in the Perfect Peonies Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Bee Creative Intense Black Ink. I colored it with Copic markers, then used the Coordinating Die to cut it out. A yellow gel pen was used to add dots to the centers of the flowers.
For the background, I die-cut a panel of yellow gingham cardstock from the Giddy For Gingham Paper Pad with the second largest die in the Sweet Stacks: Rectangles Die Set and adhered it to a white A2 card base. Dies from the Fancy Fall Layering Frames were cut from vellum and white cardstock. I added a touch of Scattered Straw Distress Ink onto the white oval using one of the Luxurious Lines Stencils and a blending brush. The layers were adhered with Bee Creative Glue and the floral die-cut was popped up with foam squares.
The sentiment, from the Heart of Our Family Stamp Set, was stamped onto white cardstock with black pigment ink. It was cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam squares, adding a double layer where needed. A sprinkling of Dark yellow pearls from the Gingerbread Pearl Stickers Pack were the perfect finishing touch.
I love this rich, golden yellow on this peony!! Although it would be beautiful in ANY color!!
