Let’s Par-Tea – Trinity Stamps

Hello there and happy Friday!! I hope you’ve had a great week!!

I have a card to share with you today featuring the Par-Tea Time Stamp Set!! Aren’t you just loving all of the tea themed goodies from the latest release?!? I’m not a tea drinker myself, but I’m always up for a good pun and this last release is full of good ones!!

Let’s get to my project!!

To begin, I stamped the images from Par-Tea Time onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. After coloring them with Copics, I cut them out with the Coordinating Dies. The sentiment, also from Par-Tea Time was white heat embossed onto black cardstock and cut out with the Coordinating Die. I just LOVE when the dies cut the sentiment out, too!! I added black glaze pen to the eyes and some highlights to the colored images with a white gel pen.

Next, I went to work on the background. I blended Wilted Violet and Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Inks onto white cardstock using the Superstar Stencil Set and Blending Buddy Brushes.

I trimmed the panel slightly smaller than A2 and adhered it to a panel of teal cardstock, then to an A2 top-folding card base.

I adhered my tea cup guy and balloons together with liquid adhesive to make it easier to pop it up as one piece with foam tape.

Then I popped the cup, balloons and sentiment up onto the center of the star panel with foam adhesive.

Lastly, I added a trio of iridescent sequins from the Glistening Snow Confetti Mix with my Trinity Pick Up Stick and I was finished!!

So what do you think? Does this get you in the mood to Par-Tea?!?

Thank you so much for stopping by today!! Have a great weekend and I’ll see you next Friday!!

Brenda
