Happy Saturday, crafters!! I’m sharing a card today featuring products from the latest Good Fortune Release from Scrappy Tails Crafts!! I was so inspired when I opened my package that I seriously didn’t know where to begin!! Ultimately, the large koi in the Good Fortune Koi Stamp Set won, but I’ll have much more to share in the coming weeks!!

I started by stamping the fish, lily pads and waterlilies in the Good Fortune Koi Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink. I colored them with Copic markers, added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out. There is a Coordinating Stencil Set available, but you know I LOVE to color!! I also added some dots to the centers of the waterlilies with a yellow gel pen.

For the background, I started with an A2 panel of light blue cardstock and stenciled the Bubble Water Stencil Set onto it with shades of blue and teal dye inks. The final bubble layer was stenciled with white pigment ink, then set aside to dry.

The sentiments are also from the Good Fortune Koi Stamp Set. They were stamped onto black cardstock with clear embossing ink, embossed with white detail embossing ink, then cut out with the Coordinating Dies. The lily pads and waterlilies were adhered with liquid glue, while the koi and sentiments were popped up with foam squares. Lastly, I added some clear confetti for even more “bubbles”.
