May Your Days Be Filled With Blessings – Honey Bee Stamps

Hello, friends!! I have a fall card to share with you today!! I’m sure you’ve seen the amazing Holiday Charm Release from Honey Bee Stamps!! I had a busy weekend helping my mom with some things around her house so I haven’t had time to create with it yet, but I can’t wait to dive in!! My card today features the Design Deck: Base Die Set, Autumn Keepsakes 3D Embossing Folder, Design Deck: Dividers, Design Deck: Fancy Frames and the Forever Thankful Stamp Set & Coordinating Dies!!

I had a leaf from the Forever Thankful Stamp Set that I wanted to use. I created it by stamping the leaf from the Forever Thankful Stamp Set onto watercolor paper. I added Fossilized Amber, Crackling Campfire, Seedless Preserves and Villainous Potion Distress Inks to the stamp with sponge daubers, spritzed it lightly with water, then stamped it onto the watercolor paper. Once dry, the Coordinating Die was used to cut it out. I splattered it with diluted Vintage Photo Distress Ink and gold watercolor paint.

For the background, I die-cut the outline die from the Design Deck: Base Die Set from tan cardstock, then embossed it with the Autumn Keepsakes 3D Embossing Folder. I used a brayer to add Vintage Photo Distress Ink to the raised areas of the embossed background, then used a sponge dauber to get into the detailed areas. I used another sponge dauber to add Bee Creative Metallic Gold Ink to enhance the raised areas even more and add a bit of shine.

I wrapped the panel three times with gold embroidery thread and secured it onto the back. One of the rectangle dies in the Design Deck: Dividers Die Set was cut from brown cardstock and one of the Design Deck: Fancy Frames Die Set was cut from matte metallic gold cardstock. They were adhered to the background with Bee Creative Glue and the leaf was popped up with foam squares.

The sentiment is from the Forever Thankful Stamp Set. It was stamped onto watercolor paper with brown dye ink, cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam squares, doubling up the foam where needed. I tied a bow with the gold embroidery thread and adhered it with a bit of Bee Creative Glue to finish off the card.

I LOVE how this turned out and hope you do as well!!

Thank you so much for stopping by!! I’ll see you next Tuesday with a project featuring the Holiday Charm Release!! Have a great week!!
