Happy Friday, friends!! I hope your week is going well!! The new Alex Syberia Designs Lush Florals Collection dropped today and it’s GORGEOUS!! It’s small, but mighty with two press plates with coordinating dies, one stand-alone die set and three stunning enamel pins!!

I chose to use the Floral Trio Die Set for my card today…

I began by die-cutting the Floral Trio Dies from yellow and green cardstock. I added shading to the petals with Lumberjack Plaid, Carved Pumpkin and Mustard Seed Distress Inks. The leaves and stems were blended with Mowed Lawn and Rustic Wilderness Distress Inks, then the flowers were adhered together with liquid glue.

I kept the background simple, by die-cutting the two largest rectangle dies in the Good Day Quilted Rectangles Die Set from white and yellow cardstock. I splattered the white panel with diluted Lumberjack Plaid Distress Ink, then used liquid glue to adhere them together. The stems, leaves and flowers were arranged and also adhered with liquid glue.

The sentiment is from the Hello & Hugs Die Set. The top layer was cut once from red cardstock and two times from heavyweight white cardstock. The shadow layer was cut from yellow cardstock one time and heavyweight white cardstock three times. The layers were stacked and adhered together, then adhered to the front of the card and this card was finished.

I LOVE this die set!! I can’t wait to create more bouquets in different colors!!
