Noel Ornament – Crafty Meraki

Hello, fellow crafters!! Have you checked out the latest Craftober Release from Crafty Meraki?!? It’s soooooo good!!

I have a card to share with you today that combines several of the new goodies from the release!!

I began by die-cutting the top layer of the Carol Ornament Layering Die from white iridescent glitter cardstock and the bottom layer from navy cardstock. I also die-cut the top layer two more times from heavyweight white cardstock and adhered it to the back of the glitter cardstock with liquid glue for dimension. The bow is from the Take A Bow Again Die Set. It was die-cut from navy cardstock and adhered to the top of the ornament with liquid glue.

For the background, I foiled the Jolly Holly Hot Foil Plate onto light blue cardstock with Moondust Foil using my Glimmer Hot Foil System. I die-cut the panel with a rectangle die and adhered the twine to the back of the panel and the back of the ornament, then adhered it to a white top-folding card base with liquid glue.

I wanted a tiny sentiment that wouldn’t cover up this gorgeous ornament. “Noel” from the Magical Christmas Stamp Set fit the bill! I stamped it onto white cardstock with navy ink, trimmed it and popped it up in the center of the ornament with foam tape. Prismatic Blue Sparkle Gems were the perfect addition to the snowflake for even more sparkle and shine!

I wish you could see how sparkly and shiny this is!! The combination of the glitter cardstock, foil and gems is just breathtaking!!

Thank you so much for dropping by!! Have a wonderful day and I’ll see you soon!!
