Oh Baby – Congrats On Your Little Cutie – Trinity Stamps

Hello, friends and happy Thursday!! I’m sharing a new baby card featuring the Hey, Cutie Stamps & Coordinating Dies and the Waffle Texture Coverplate Die from the latest Trinity Stamps release with a couple of older sets!! I thought the Waffle Texture Coverplate would make a perfect mesh bag that the little cutie mandarins come in, so that was my inspiration!!

I started by stamping the cutie from the Hey, Cutie Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink. I colored it with Copic markers and darkened the eyes and mouth with a black glaze pen. I added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Coordinating Die to cut it out.

Next, I die-cut the Waffle Texture Coverplate Die from red cardstock and layered it over a panel of orange cardstock that was die-cut with the largest die in the A2 Clean Cut Layers Rectangle Die Set.

The top layer of “Baby”, from the Simply Sentimental: Baby Die Set was cut once from yellow cardstock and three times from heavyweight white cardstock. The shadow layer was die-cut from red cardstock one time and twice from heavyweight white cardstock. The layers were adhered together with liquid glue, with one of the white layers of the shadow slightly offset. The sentiment from the Hey, Cutie Stamp Set was stamped onto red cardstock with Versamark ink, embossed with white detail embossing powder, then cut out with the Coordinating Die.

I die-cut a strip of royal blue cardstock and heat embossed “Oh” from the Simply Sentimental: Baby Stamp Set onto it. It was adhered down the center of the background panel.

The “Baby” die-cut sentiment was adhered with liquid glue and the cutie and sub-sentiment were popped up with foam squares.

A trio of Aureolin Heart Baubles was the perfect finishing touch.

Doesn’t this look like a bag of cuties?!? I thought so!!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!! Have a terrific Thursday!!
