Pair of Spring Seeds Cards – Honey Bee Stamps

Hello, my friends!! I have a couple of cards to share today that combine products from the newest release from Honey Bee Stamps with some of their older goodies!!

For this one, I began by stamping the image and sentiment from the Spring Seeds Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Intense Black Ink, colored it with Copic markers, then cut them out with the Coordinating Dies. I added some dots to the centers of the flowers with a yellow gel pen.

For the background, I die-cut the frame from white cardstock using a die from the Layering Vintage Labels Honey Cut Set and layered it over a piece of patterned paper from the Simply Spring Paper Pad, adhering it with Bee Creative Glue.

The seed packet die-cut was popped up with foam adhesive and the “Forget Me Nots” sentiment was adhered to the seed packet with even more foam tape.

My second card also uses the Spring Seeds Stamp Set.

This time I stamped the pansy image onto white cardstock with Intense Black Ink, colored it with Copics and used the Coordinating Dies to cut it out.

For the background on this one, I embossed the Spring Medley 3D Embossing Folder onto white cardstock. I trimmed it slightly smaller than A2 and adhered it to a striped panel of patterned paper from the Pinstripes and Polka Dots Spring Paper Pad. A polka dot piece of patterned paper from the same paper pad was die-cut with a frame from the Opulent Layering Frames Die Set.

All of the layers were adhered together with Bee Creative Glue, except the “friend” die-cut. It was popped up with foam adhesive. True Pearl Stickers were adhered to the rounded points on the frame and this one was finished.

I really love mixing new products with previously released goodies to stretch my supplies!!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!! Have a wonderful week and I’ll see you soon!!
