Penguin Friends Christmas Card – Scrappy Tails Crafts

Happy Friday, my friends!! I hope you have some fun plans for the weekend!! Hubby is going hunting with my dad, so that means lots of crafty time for me!! Yay!!

I have a Christmas card to share with you today featuring the absolutely adorable Layering Penguin Friends Die Set from Scrappy Tails Crafts!!

I began by die-cutting all of the pieces for my cute scene from white cardstock using the Layering Penguin Friends Die Set. I colored them with Copic markers and adhered them all together with liquid glue.

For the background, I die-cut the top and bottom of a panel of blue cardstock using the scalloped die in the Slimline Intricate Lace Borders Die Set. The snowflakes were added by blending white pigment ink through the Snowflake Background Stencil with a blending brush. Once dry, it was adhered to a white A2 card base. The penguin die-cuts were arranged and adhered with liquid glue.

The sentiment, from the English Christmas Village Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto black cardstock, cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam adhesive.

I think this turned out soooo cute!! If coloring isn’t your thing, you could cut all the pieces out of colored cardstock.

Thanks for dropping by!! Have a wonderful weekend!!
