Hello, friends and happy Tuesday!! It’s release day for the Picket Fence Studios March Release!! Let’s get to my projects!! You know if there’s a floral in the release, I’m all in…ha!! My first card is a slimline card featuring the beautiful Royal Sweetpeas Stamp Set!!

I stamped the Royal Sweetpeas Stamp onto white cardstock with PFS Black Hybrid Ink and colored it with Copic markers. I fussy cut it out, but there is a Coordinating Die available.

For the background, I spread Cherry Blossom Paper Glaze Luxe onto white cardstock through the Slim Line Flower Burst Stencil with a palette knife. Once dry, I used dies from the Slim Line Nested Rectangle Die Set to die-cut the panel, along with a panel of plum cardstock. The floral image was adhered to the background with liquid glue.

The sentiment, from The Flower Shoppe Stamp Set, was stamped onto white cardstock with PFS Black Hybrid Ink, trimmed and added to a rectangle of plum cardstock that was slightly larger. I added sequins from the Butterfly Bush and All About the Pinks sequin mixes to finish it off.

My second card is a square card featuring the stunning Illuminating Peacock Stamp Set!!

I embossed the peacock from the Illuminating Peacock Stamp Set onto Bristol cardstock using polished gold embossing powder, then colored it with Karin Brushmarker Pro markers. I covered the peacock with a piece of scrap paper and splattered the panel with diluted gold ink. Once dry, I trimmed it into a square and adhered it to a royal blue cardstock panel.

The sentiment is from the Royal Sweetpeas Stamp Set. It was embossed onto black cardstock with gold embossing powder, fussy cut, then popped up in the lower, right corner with foam tape.

I added some highlights with a white gel pen. A trio of sequins from the Peacock Tails embellishment mix finishes this one off.
