Hello, friends!! I HAD to ink up the beautiful Hugs In Bloom Stencil Set from Alex Syberia Designs again!! This time, I foiled the Hugs In Bloom Press Plate!! I decided to challenge myself to use only white cardstock, no colored cardstock at all!! Plus, all the colors coordinate perfectly, since I colored all the cardstock with inks!!

I started by foiling floral image and the sentiment from the Hugs In Bloom Press Plate & Die Set with matte gold foil using the Glimmer Hot Foil Machine. I cut them out with the included die, then inked the floral with shades of pink, yellow and green dye inks using the Hugs In Bloom Stencil Set. I also added bit of pink ink to the bottom of the “Hugs” sentiment foiled die-cut.

For the background, I blended the Tiny Dots Stencil onto a panel of white cardstock with pink dye ink. It was die-cut with the second largest rectangle die in the Good Day Quilted Rectangle Die Set. The largest die in the same die set was cut from a panel of white cardstock, then I inked the edges with pink dye ink. The floral die-cut was adhered to the background with liquid glue.

I had a white heart die-cut from the Endless Hearts Die Set in with my die set that I had cut out previously, so I inked it lightly with green ink, then adhered it with liquid glue. The sentiment was popped up with foam  squares and this card was finished.
