Reverse Confetti – Countdown to Confetti – You Matter Mini Release

Hello, friends!! I hope you are having a great week!!

Welcome to the Countdown to Confetti Blog Hop for an August mini release over at Reverse Confetti!! I am super excited to be joining the release celebration as a ‘Fetti Friend!! There is an AMAZING new stamp set that we will be highlighting today and it be available for purchase tomorrow, August 8th. (Links to the goodies from the new release will not be active until they go on sale on August 8th.)

I have two cards to share with you today featuring the You Matter Stamp Set and Coordinating Confetti Cuts!! This is such a wonderful stamp set with some inspiring sentiments!!

Here is my first card…

I began by stamping the hands from the You Matter stamp set with Copic friendly black ink, colored them with Copics and cut them out with the Coordinating Confetti Cuts. I white heat embossed the sentiment onto black cardstock and adhered it behind the hand die-cut.

For the background, I ink-blended Distress Oxide Inks onto a panel of Bristol smooth cardstock in rainbow order. I die-cut the “love” die from the You Matter Confetti Cuts repeatedly from a panel of white cardstock, making sure to save the hearts from the center of the “O”s. I adhered it over my rainbow panel and adhered the hearts back into the center of the “O”s. I popped the circle die-cut into the center with foam tape and called this one done!!

Here’s a look at my second card…

I started this one the same way as the first, by stamping the hands from You Matter with Copic friendly ink and coloring them with Copics. I die-cut them using the You Matter Confetti Cuts. I stamped the sentiment onto white cardstock with Versafine Onyx Black Ink and adhered the hands die-cut with foam adhesive.

For this background, I created another rainbow panel with Distress Oxide Inks and Bristol smooth cardstock. I die-cut the All Heart Cover Panel Confetti Cuts from white cardstock and adhered it to the rainbow panel. I popped the circle up with more foam tape and this one was done!!

Thanks for stopping by today!! Be sure to come back tomorrow for another fun bog hop full of inspiration and talented designers!!

Have a great day!!!
