Hello!! The limited edition STAMPtember collaboration between Simon Says Stamp and Alex Syberia Designs, the Lovely Day Stamp Set & Coordinating Die Set, is available NOW and it’s sooooo beautiful!!

Here is the card that I created with it…

I started by stamping the floral image and the sentiment in the STAMPtember Lovely Day Stamp Set onto Bristol smooth cardstock and embossing them with polished gold embossing powder. I watercolored it with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out.

For the background, I die-cut the Tiny Heart Cover Die from white cardstock and adhered it to a white A2 card base. I taped the two largest dies in the Whimsical Scalloped Frames Die Set and die-cut a frame from dusty purple cardstock. It was adhered to the background, along with the floral image, with liquid glue. I splattered it with diluted gold watercolor pigment, then set it aside to dry.

I die-cut the sentiment three more times from heavyweight white cardstock and once from dusty purple cardstock. They were stacked and adhered together, slightly offset, with liquid glue, then adhered to the background. A sprinkling of Starshine Sequins adds a bit more shine and finishes off the card.
