Hello again, friends!! There’s a fun hop full of inspiration featuring the new Lovely Layers: Porch Goose Dies and coordinating accessories from the new Fashionably Feathered Mini Release happening over on Instagram!! I thought I’d share the details for my card here, in case anyone was interested!! I had so much fun creating this card!!
I began by die-cutting all the elements for my goose from gray, mustard yellow, pale pink, black and white cardstock using the Lovely Layers: Porch Goose Die Set. Her outfit and accessories were die-cut from yellow, pink and gray cardstock, polka dot patterned paper from the Let’s Party Paper Pack and the umbrella from floral paper in the Summer Picnic Paper Pack using the Porch Goose Closet: Spring Die Set. Most of the die-cuts were adhered together with Bee Creative Glue, except the umbrella. The top layer of the umbrella was popped up with foam squares.
I chose a panel of pattern paper from the Signature Surfaces Paper Pack for the background. It was die-cut with the second largest die in the Sweet Stacks: Rectangles Die Set, then adhered to an A2 white card base. The goose was adhered with Bee Creative Glue.
The sentiment, from the Rainy Day Smiles Stamp Set, was stamped onto white cardstock with blue dye ink. It was cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam squares.
This card came together pretty quick once I decided which pattern paper and colors of cardstock that I wanted to use!!
