Spellbinders Cardmaker Stamp Collection

Hello, crafty friends and happy Sunday!! I hope you’re having a great weekend!!

I have two cards to share featuring a couple of stamp sets in the new Cardmaker Stamp Collection from Spellbinders!! I am a sucker for sunflowers and that little girl with the umbrella is just so adorable…I couldn’t decide which one to ink up, so I did both!

Let’s begin with Cute Boots

I just fell in LOVE with this sentiment!! Isn’t it the cutest?!? I stamped the images and sentiment from Cute Boots onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink and colored it with Copic markers. I masked off the ground area and stamped the rain repeatedly with blue ink. Then I masked off the top of the panel and ink blended Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Inks onto the bottom with a blending brush.

I trimmed the panel and adhered it to a panel of yellow cardstock. The blue striped patterned paper was adhered to an A2 size panel of yellow cardstock, then the smaller rectangle was popped up in the center with foam tape. I traced over the stamped rain with a sparkle pen and added some clear raindrops for even more dimension.

Next up is Hello Sunflower

I began this one pretty much to same way as the first, by stamping the sunflower from Hello Sunflower onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored it with Copics, trimmed it into a rectangle and matted it with yellow and blue cardstock.

I popped the panel up onto blue and white gingham patterned paper with foam adhesive, then adhered it to an A2 panel of blue cardstock. The sentiment was white heat embossed onto a black cardstock strip and popped up with more foam tape. I added some dots to the center with a yellow gel pen. This really brought the sunflower to life!!

I hope these brightened your Sunday a bit!! There are a few more stamps in the Cardmaker Stamp Collection or you can check out everything else from Spellbinders by following these links.

Thank you for stopping by!! Enjoy the rest of your weekend and I’ll see you soon!!
