Hello, friends and happy Monday!!! I hope you had a great weekend!! I can’t believe it’s the first day of November!!

I have a card to share with you today featuring the November Small Die of the Month Kit from Spellbinders!!! I’m am IN LOVE with this month’s kit!! I showed this card to my mom & she absolutely loved it!! She couldn’t stop looking at it!!

I began by die-cutting all of the components for the ornaments and border from red, green, gold glitter and white cardstock using the November Small Die of the Month Kit. The border is long enough to work on a slimline card! The boughs were die-cut from green cardstock using a die included in the November Large Die of the Month Kit.

I stitched the ornaments and border with metallic gold thread, then layered and adhered the ornaments together. I figured out placement for the border, then gold heat embossed the sentiment with a stamp from the November Stamp of the Month. All of the die-cuts were adhered to the front of a white, top-folding card base. I added some gold gems to the centers of the ornaments and stitching on the border.

I just love everything about this! Although I am all about stamping and coloring, I have really been into die-cutting lately!! How about you…are you more of a fan of stamping or die-cutting?
